Cookie policy
Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. They make the site work, remember your preferences, or help us understand how the site is used. Below you can read exactly which cookies we place, why, and how to change your choice.
On this page
1. What are cookies?

4. Google Analytics 4 and Consent Mode
- We use Google Consent Mode v2. As long as you have not consented, every consent signal is set to "denied" and Google Analytics places no cookies, and no other form of storage, on your device.
- Stated plainly: Google's script is loaded as soon as the page opens, before you make a choice. Google receives your IP address, your browser details and which page you are viewing. Google may not link that data to you and no cookies are placed; we use it only for aggregated, non-identifying visit figures. Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in knowing how our website performs.
- Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The IP address is used to approximate your country and is then discarded.
- We have a data processing agreement with Google and we do not sell your data.
- We use the data solely to analyse and improve the website.
5. Google reCAPTCHA
_GRECAPTCHA cookie and process your IP address and your behaviour on the page, among other things. We consider this a necessary security measure: without it we cannot offer the form safely. Google's privacy policy applies to the use of reCAPTCHA.6. Changing or withdrawing your consent
- On this page: and adjust your choice.
- In the footer: every page has a "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom.
- In your browser: you can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that the website may then not work properly.
If you withdraw your consent, we immediately stop placing analytics and marketing cookies and we delete the ones already placed (such as _ga) from your browser right away.
7. Retention, statistics and your rights
We also keep simple visit statistics on our own server, such as which page was requested and when. No cookies are used for this.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. To do so, contact us at info@nivlemwebsolutions.nl. You can read more about how we handle personal data in our privacy policy.
