We only collect the data you provide through the contact form or via email. This includes your name, email address, and any other information you choose to share.

Personal data is only used to contact you, prepare a quote, or respond to your inquiry. We do not use your data for marketing or share it with third parties unless necessary for our services (such as hosting or email delivery).

Contact form data is kept for up to 12 months, unless a client relationship is established. In that case, data is stored as long as needed for the project or as legally required (e.g. for invoicing).

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us via the contact form. You can also object to processing or file a complaint with the relevant privacy authority.

Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent spam and abuse. This service automatically analyzes user behavior (such as mouse movements and IP address) to detect bots. Submitted messages are processed via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), which temporarily stores your name, email, and message, and your phone number and project details if you fill them in, on European servers.
