These terms apply to all offers, services, and agreements with Nivlem Web Solutions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Nivlem Web Solutions offers custom web development services. Specific terms are outlined per project.

Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days. All prices are excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Nivlem Web Solutions retains full rights to all developed work.

The client shall provide all required information and materials in a timely manner.

Invoices must be paid within 14 days. Late payment may incur interest and collection fees.

Nivlem Web Solutions is not liable for indirect damages. Any liability is limited to the invoice amount.

Both parties agree to treat confidential information with strict confidentiality.

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing in case of breach, after a written notice has been given.

Nivlem Web Solutions is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure (e.g., third-party outages).

Dutch law applies. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Nivlem Web Solutions may revise these terms. The latest version is always available on the website.
